Issue with Contractor Bank Emails

I have folks not getting the email requesting their w9 info and their banking info for ACH. How can I resend/check where these are going? They are NOT held up in our Exchange quarantine or in our junk folders. Thanks!

Let's make the Send a reminder link available so you can resend an invite to your contractor, @STravel.

 

If you do not have the option to resend the invite, chances are, the Personal details of your contractor have been completed. The resend email invite will only show if you haven't entered any personal information about the contractor. 

 

Once done, you'll need to enter the Personal details of the contractor.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Waiting for info link. 
  2. Select the Contractor type.
  3. Enter the information needed. 
  4. Hit Save

 

After that, the Send email link will show up, and you can now resend the invite. This way, they can receive a

new link.
