It's great to see a new face here in the Community. I hate to here that a feature isn't working in your QuickBooks Online account. 

We can always assist you here if you state your question, or you can request a callback from our support team. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Contact Us button/hyperlink. 
3. Enter your question and hit Let's talk. 
4. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback. 

It's that easy!
