Mandatory payroll info update

When attempting to complete the mandatory payroll info update, I log in but QB tells me I am not Primary Admin. I'm the only user so I don't know what to do.

In this instance, I recommend reaching out to a member of the Desktop Payroll Support Team. Agents have the necessary tools available to take a closer look at your account to determine why you're not being listed as the Primary Admin. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

 

1. With QuickBooks open, press the F1 key on your keyboard.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and click Continue.
4. From here you can begin a live chat session with an agent.
