Hi adi-poli,

 

I'll share with you the steps to contact our Support team. That way, you can reach them, and they can check the transactions since they have the tools to do that.

 

  1. Click on Help and choose the Search tab,
  2. Choose Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. In the search box, type something like Charge inquiry.
  4. Click Continue, and choose Chat or Callback.

 

On the other hand, you can also check about understanding Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement for your future reference.
