Migration from Full Service Payroll

We used the fullservice payroll website for a long time,  today July 14th, intuit "migrated" us to quickbooks online payroll.  Well....  I have payroll to do tomorrow.  I put in a case,  I get some stupid answer from the tier 1 lady on the phone.

 

What it amounts to, is Intuit during the migration created a separate company with the same name, with nothing but our payroll information in the duplicate company.  Anybody have a good way to get ahold of someone that knows how to actually fix it???

Since you're using QuickBooks Full Service Payroll, I'd recommend contacting our technical supports.Our representative will be the one to pull up your account and investigate this migration issue. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
