Mileage Entries not showing between Admins for Quickbooks Online

Hello, I recently imported mileage via the import function for Quickbooks online. The other Admin on the account cannot see these entries, although he can see the two cars that we have saved on the account. When I add a new mileage entry, he also cannot see that. When he adds a new mileage entry, I cannot see it. 

 

How can we both see the mileage tracking and reports?

Since this is happening to more than one user, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. This way, an agent can review your account in a secure environment and has the tools available to investigate this matter further (such as a screenshare).
