Missing selection on Employees page that was called WELCOME TO WORKFORCE where you could invite multiple employees

On my QBO employees page, there has been a selection called WELCOME TO WORKFORCE that allowed me to see all employees and who had accepted and who hadn't accepted their invites.  This was also where you could invite multiple employees at one time.

The WELCOME TO WORKFORCE option is no longer showing at the  top of the employee's page.  Has it been taken away?

Also, I'm seeing in blud Send invite at the tope of an employee's page but they are active in workforce which is indicated right below the blue Send invite as Pay and tax docs (Active)

Welcome to the Community space, @Vickie1353.

Before anything else, know we recognize the importance of having the Welcome to Workforce option in the Employee page inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). It may have something to do with your browser as it accumulates temporary internet files that can possibly affect your browsing experience when using the program.

We can perform the browser troubleshooting method to determine if this is the case. That said, you'll want to access your company file using an incognito or private Window. Feel free to use these shortcut keys:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you're in, try to check in the Employees page. If it works and you see the Welcome to Workforce button, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache. Refer to this article for the steps:  Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

You can also use other compatible browsers if the issue persists. Refer to this article to see the list of compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online: Other browsers.

On the other hand, here are some articles to help you manage employee's information inside the program: Edit or change employee info in payroll.

We're always around and ready to help if you require further assistance or have additional questions about managing sales transactions in QuickBooks. Feel free to notify me by leaving a comment below. Take care.
