Each payday I deduct from an employees paycheck for an employee advance. It always adds up in the YTD column. I just did payroll and the YTD is missing. Please help.

Hey there, @zoniemom.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I'm happy to lend a hand with your missing YTD deduction.

Since you're having issues with the YTD, I recommend updating your payroll. Then check if your YTD is still missing. I've included some steps to update your payroll.

  1. Click the Employees tab and hit Get Payroll Updates
  2. Select Download entire update.
  3. Hit Update.

Once you've updated your payroll, close your company file and recheck your YTD.

In the meantime, feel free to check out the articles I've included below for additional information when you have a missing YTD.

Please let me know if you continue to face any issues. I'll be here every step of the way. You can reach out to the Community at any time. Take care and have a wonderful day ahead!
