Can a worker be part of more than one group in Workforce Time? We have an employee who is part of 2 different teams with 2 different managers.  Can she be set up so that both managers can view her timesheet and activity?  Can she be part of more than one group?

In QuickBooks Time (now known as QuickBooks Workforce), workers can't belong to more than one group simultaneously. Each team member can be a member of only one group, but a manager can manage multiple groups.

 

I can see how this option would help your managers in reviewing your worker's timesheets and activities. Therefore, let me take note of this as a suggestion to improve your experience. 

 

You can also send feedback to our developers about this limitation. This way, they can review your request and most likely integrate it in future updates. Here's how:
 

  1. In the Workforce app, go to Setting or More, then click Settings.
  2. Select Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your feedback, and click Send feedback.
