Question

My 1st payroll direct deposit was put on hold, I am paying my employees with a cashiers check. QuickBooks won't all the sudden also deposit that money, will they?

We bought the business and this is where the hold came from.  QB said my payroll was ready, I ran it, it said it was great.  Then, I got urgent messages saying they couldn't process it, it was on hold for fraud.  Paying my employees with Cashiers checks so they get their money but I am afraid that all the sudden the hold will come off and they will get paid twice.

  3. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  4. Enter the keyword Payroll, Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  5. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
