I can help you get into your QuickBooks Self-employed account to get you back to business.  

Did you receive any error messages when trying to access your account?

On the other hand, if you forgot your user ID or password, you can select the I forgot my user ID or Password link from the QBSE sign-in page. Then, follow the steps below: 

1. Enter your phone number, email address follow the on-screen instructions. 
2. Select Continue. 
3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with a password reset link.

In case you're locked out of your account, I'd suggest you contact our QBSE Customer Care team for further assistance.

For future reference, you can also check out this link to help you send a request to our account protection team to recover your account when you can't sign in.
