Question

My account is not allowing me to use the app now, after I've been using it for the last 2+ years. And it hasn't kept track of any mileage since July 3rd. Any ideas?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. As well as restarting my phone.
The message I get it along the lines of
"This account does not allow Intuit Self Employed online. Try a different company or use another account"
None of my info has changed. It just popped up one morning when I tried to log on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi there, Kj. We'll point you in the right direction to help access your company inside the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app and fix the mileage tracking feature.

We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can access the account on your behalf and conduct further investigation to determine why the mobile app doesn't allow you to log in to your company. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Self-Employed company.
  2. On the top right corner, click Help (?) and select Contact Us.
  3. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  4. You can select Have us call you or Chat with us to get in touch with our support team.
