Hi, @eado-roofing201-.

I appreciate you for sharing your issue with us. I'm here to assist you in finding those missing payments from your client in QuickBooks Online.

If your account is connected to QuickBooks Payments, the deposit speed will depend on the type of payment you process and how long you have been with the service. This may also vary depending on the following factors:

  • Time of day you enter transactions.
  • Weekends and federal holidays.
  • The financial institution where transactions are deposited.
  • How long it takes for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

To determine how long it takes to receive payments you process, you can check your deposit speed in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

If it's still undeposited, contact our Merchant Services team. They have the tools to review your account and investigate why you're getting delays receiving those funds.

Otherwise, if you're referring to payments you expect to show up in the Bank Deposit window in QBO, here's an article that can help you in tracing: Find missing payments you want to deposit in the Bank Deposit window in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you still have questions or concerns about handling funds and transactions. I'll be around for you.
