Unbelievably frustrating. I have multiple upset employees that are already requesting that we refund their overdraft charges that will occur today. I have been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and cant get through to chat either. I need answers to give my businesses and employees.
Same issue here - none of my employees have been paid on time, everyone wants an answer, and as usual there is no way to directly contact QB for support.
We're having same issues too. We use interbank and all the employees have not been paid. Payroll tax has been taken from the bank account only which is odd. Also received confirmation that payroll was to go through today. We need to get updates on this as soon as possible
My QB online payroll direct deposit did not go through. I processed the payroll in plenty of time. I do not see the deductions in the bank. Please help!!
QuickBooks sends an email notification regarding the status of your direct deposit, the reason why it didn't go through and what are the actions you need to take.
Here's how:
Go to Workers and select Employees.
Select Paycheck List.
You’ll see of the following status of the paycheck listed (in the status column).
