My direct deposit payroll did not go through. How do I fix this?

This is a wide spread Quickbooks mistake.  I, and many others, am waiting for an explanation too.

We already look into this matter, patricialarapck and Linda145.

 

Our engineers are on hands to isolate what causes this issue and we'll resolve this as soon as possible. As of now,  we'll have to let your employees wait for their pays within the day.

None of my employees payroll direct deposited this morning either.  That's not a good way to start a Friday!  

Our QB online and QB Time have been very glitchy this week.  I hope you get it all squared away very soon!

Same issue and can not get through to anyone. Very frustrating for all employees.

Unbelievably frustrating. I have multiple upset employees that are already requesting that we refund their overdraft charges that will occur today. I have been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and cant get through to chat either. I need answers to give my businesses and employees.

Same issue here - none of my employees have been paid on time, everyone wants an answer, and as usual there is no way to directly contact QB for support.

Banking w Wells, employees in many states did not receive their payroll deposit. I need to know what they should expect ASAP.

We're having same issues too. We use interbank and all the employees have not been paid. Payroll tax has been taken from the bank account only which is odd. Also received confirmation that payroll was to go through today. We need to get updates on this as soon as possible

My QB online payroll direct deposit did not go through. I processed the payroll in plenty of time. I do not see the deductions in the bank. Please help!!

QuickBooks sends an email notification regarding the status of your direct deposit, the reason why it didn't go through and what are the actions you need to take.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Workers and select Employees.
  2. Select Paycheck List.
  3. You’ll see of the following status of the paycheck listed (in the status column).

Otherwise, you'll want to get in touch with our QuickBooks Care Support. They have the tools to securely pull up you account and help identify the reason why direct deposit is not successful

  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.

  6. Type in your contact info.
