My employee is showing in the “Time” team but not in my Payroll settings? When I try to add in payroll it says there is already an employee with her name but she’s not?

When I call it go back and forth between Time and Payroll representatives. Each say it’s the others programs problem

Since your employee is showing up in QuickBooks Time, you should see it in payroll. You'll want to review the from the Employees tab and double-check the page filter. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll menu.
  2. Select the Employees tab.
  3. You can directly search for the name of the employee from the search box.
  4. You can also find the employee by modifying the page from Active to Inactive Employee.
