My employees still have not received their W-2s

We appreciate you getting in touch with the QuickBooks Community! All W-2s that were mailed will be delivered within 7 business days. I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support to have this checked if your employees haven't gotten the forms by the timeframe.  

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select the Help (?) menu.
3. Choose the Assistant tab.
4. Click the Talk to a human option.
5. Press Get help from a human.
6. Tap either the Chat with us or Have us call you button. 

In the meantime, you might want to invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce so they can access their W-2s online. Here's an article that provides more details about this:
