Let me share information on accessing your check or pay stubs processed by your employer, Zayleigh.

If your employer sends you an invite, you'll receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. Once done, you can add your info,  opt out of a mailed copy of their W-2, and view pay stubs and W-2s. Here's how to view the pay stubs:

  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Tap Paychecks.
  3. Choose the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
  4. Click Download on the pay stub you want to download.
  5. Select a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it.
  6. To download all of your pay stubs at once: hit Download all (this option isn't available for everyone).

If your employer hasn't invited you yet, just provide this article to guide them through: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more if you use QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Feel free to check out this article on how to set up your account in QuickBooks Workforce to view your pay stubs, W-2s, and more: Set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.

Drop me a message below if you have more check or pay stub concerns or any QuickBooks-related. I've got your back always. Take care!
