My Intuit Online Payroll was transferred to Quickbooks Online Payroll. I also have a Business Bookkeeping Account on QBO. The two did not merge.

Let's get you to the right support team who can check why the migration didn't merge, smithpa3.

 

I recommend contacting our Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) Team so they can check where your data is. We're unable to pull up an account here in the Community forum. 

 

One of our representatives can check the status of the migration and provide more details on what to do next. To contact them, here are the steps:

 

  1. Log into your IOP account.
  2. Use the new Contact Us link.
     

If the link doesn't work for you, fill out this form to chat with an expert.

 

If there's a need to contact QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
