My irs tax payments are paid electronically but are showing up as checks to print...not sure why

Thank you for letting us know about this behavior. I just got the information about it, and I'll share it with you.

We have received similar concerns from other users who have processed electronic payments. Our engineers already aware of the issue and are working on a solution. In the meantime, they've advised removing the check transactions from the Print Checks queue since the e-payments are actually going through.

 

While waiting for the solution, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support, so that they can get your account details in a more secure environment. Then, they can link it to the ticket for updates.

On the other hand, you may double-check the E-payment status to be sure you've paid your payroll taxes on time.
