My mileage isn’t tracking on my iPhone. Location is always on and auto track is on. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.

I'll lay down important information about the Mileage tracking issue in iOS devices. 

We have a reported issue where users are unable to track their mileages automatically in iOS devices. Our engineers are now working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

In the meantime, you'll want to manually record those in QuickBooks. If you're on a trip, consider using another mileage tracking app then import or enter those trips. 

To add a trip: 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account in a web browser.
2. Go to the Mileage tab. 
3. Click Add Trip. 
4. Add the trip date, starting and ending locations, distance, and the purpose.
5. Select the vehicle you used.
6. Click Save.

If you need to import your trips, simply click the arrow icon beside the Add trip button then select Import trips.

I would also recommend contacting our support agents regarding the issue. They'll get your contact details securely and add you to the list of affected users. You'll also receive updates from our engineers regarding the issue. 

Here's how to contact them: 

1. Click the Help menu. 
2. On the list of preset options, select Talk to a human. 
3. When asked, enter the error message or simply type "Talk to a human" again. 
4. Click the I still need a human, then proceed with the Get help from a human link. 
5. Choose how you want to reach us.
