My payroll was scheduled for deletion randomly. Customer service promised nothing is wrong and that it is not scheduled for deletion. It still got deleted.What can we do?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm here to help provide some information about deleting paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Depending on your processing time, and payroll service, QuickBooks may allow you to either delete or void a paycheck. You can do this if the paycheck hasn't been processed yet.

You may be able to delete the paycheck if the direct deposit has not been processed yet or the paycheck is not a direct deposit.

In addition, you'll need to create the deleted paycheck. I'll show you how: 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees.
3. Go to Employees.
4. Select Run Payroll.
   • If you have more than one payroll schedule, select the schedule, then Continue.
   • Select the employees you'd like to pay.
   • Enter the hours and memos.
5. Select Preview payroll.
6. Select Preview payroll details or Submit payroll.
7. Select Finish Payroll.

If may I asked, are you using QuickBooks Online Payroll (Full Service, Core, Premium, and elite? If yes, contact us so we can investigate this further.

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
