my payroll widow isn't opening up its going to payroll sales

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps that can help us isolate this and get your Payroll working.

 

Before we proceed, did you receive any error message when  you open your payroll ? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

 

There are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser.
 
 Here's how: 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, return to your default browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Then, make sure to use an up-to-date browser.

 

If the same thing happens, please reach out to our Payroll Experts so they can further investigate it:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Run payroll".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
