My payroll will not work. It says that all the employee profiles need my attention but it does not say what needs to be done. Any ideas?

When running payroll, QuickBooks Online (QBO) usually marks an employee with an exclamation mark to notify that you need to supply missing employee profile information. 

To resolve this, I recommend going to the Employee page and reviewing employees that has an exclamation mark icon beside their name. Here's a checklist to help you in adding missing details to your employee's profile:

• Employee's hire date
• Form W-4: Employee withholding info
• Salary or hourly rate
• Sick or vacation accrual rate
• Payroll deductions and contributions
• Payment method
• Direct deposit authorization (if applicable)
