If I may ask, may I know what page are you currently in and what is not working? This way, I can gather enough resources and check for open investigations. For the time being, you can perform the basic troubleshooting which fixes the common issues while managing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

First, sign in to QBO using a private window. In most cases, the stored cache on the regular browser you're using can affect your account's performance. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If everything works fine, you can proceed with clearing your original browser's cache. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
