My Quickbooks payroll has been down for EIGHT WEEKS. There has been NO FOLLOW UP from QUICKBOOKS Does Quickbooks still want me as a customer? INV-60297. DO SOMETHING!

I have called. I have been on chat. I have opened an investigation. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOME FOLLOW UP?

As of this moment, our product engineers are still looking for a permanent fix to address the ongoing investigation (INV-60297) about processing payroll in QuickBooks Online. Rest assured, you'll get an update once they resolve the issue.

 

If you want to make a follow-up on your open case, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payroll Team again. This way, they can provide further information about the open investigation and make sure your company is added to the list of affected users.
