Hello, @info-forumfuncti.

Let's check her permission rights and get her able to clock in. I'd be very glad to guide you how.

Before we get started, the steps we'll need to perform vary depending on the platform—on a mobile app or through a web browser dashboard—your employee is using to clock in.

Once ready, please follow the steps below to check her permission rights on QuickBooks Workforce.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Time and select Company Settings.
  2. Choose Time Options, and click Time Entry.
  3. Uncheck Allow team members to manage their own timesheets and Allow team members to track time on the mobile app, then Save.
  4. Click My Team, and choose her name from the list.
  5. Choose Permissions, then click Mobile time entry.
  6. Click the Save button.

For the web dashboard, follow the steps from 1 to 4, and choose Permissions. Then, please ensure that the Manage my timesheets and Mobile time entry are unchecked, and click Save.

Also, if you want to track the total hours of each job performed by a specific team member, you can run an Itemized Total Time report.
