My 'Taxes' tab will not load or allow me to 'Record Tax Payment'.

My Quickbooks Online account seems to be working properly aside from the 'Taxes' tab. It would not work on Friday either. I have logged out and back in, restarted my computer, etc. When I switch to 'Taxes' to record a tax payment, there is a dotted icon that spins like it is trying to load but it never does anything. If I try to 'Record Tax Payment', it opens up but it will not allow me to select a bank account or insert an amount to record.

Hi dixiedoor4277. It sounds like you're experiencing a cached images error. To test this, try using a private window. To do so in Google Chrome  follow these steps:

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+N on your keyboard
  2. In the window that appears, try logging in and performing the process in QuickBooks Online.

If the process works in the private window, just follow this article to clear the cache in your browser. Let me know if I can do anything else. Have a great day.
