The option to view or enter a weekly timesheet beyond one year is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
At the moment, you can enter the total number of hours worked by your employee or vendor based on the given weekly drop-down periods.

You can also send feedback to our QuickBooks developers. This way, they can review your request and most likely include it in our future updates. Here's how:
Select the Gear icon at the top and click Feedback.
Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
Please take note that weekly timesheets are non-posting transactions. This means they won't show on reports like Profit and Loss until the contents of the timesheets have been added to a sale for an expense-type transaction.
