Been there, done that. When you click on that block it takes you to a Microsoft edge email message panel. I don't use Microsoft edge so my email is not set up through there. Why is it so hard to just answer me with an email address to forward it to?

Another reason to not buy this product.

The other block you refer to actually spells out forwarding the email but then gives the address as "[email address removed]" Instead of giving the address.

Quit assuming I did not do some research before I turned to the boards for my answer. The chat assistant actually dropped out of the conversation when he/she danced around the answer and I stated "how hard is it to just give me and address?"

They don't want anyone to flood their email server with spam. Afaik, it's common policy these days for a company with thousands or more customers.
