Need help fixing last payroll run?

Hello there, @samara2.

Allow me to help you today. Editing the date of a payroll that has already been run and processed is done by our Payroll Correction Team.

With that being said, you'll want to give us a quick call so we can pull up your account in a safe environment and modify the paycheck for you.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. Select Talk to a human from the Here are some ways to get started section.
3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
4. Choose I still need a human, then click Get help from a human or Contact us.
5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

If you need to edit the approved manual check, you'll have to delete and recreate it. I'll show you how:
 

1. Select Payroll from the sidebar menu, and go to the Employees tab.
2. Click the name of the appropriate employee's name, then choose Paycheck list.
3. Tick the checkbox next to the pay date, then select the Delete button.
4. Choose Yes when you see the confirmation message.
5. Go back to the employee list and recreate the paycheck.
