Need help with workforce

Employee cannot access paystubs. Gets a reply that employer is not connected to workforce

I can assist you with how your employees can access their paystubs in QuickBooks Workforce, jandc206.

 

Please ensure that your employee uses the correct user ID and password to log into Workforce. Kindly note that attempting to log in with an Intuit account login that is not linked to the Workforce account may result in an error message.

 

Meanwhile, you can access this link and log in by entering your email and password: https://accounts.intuit.com. Afterward, follow the subsequent instructions to complete the process.

 

  1. Click edit on the user id (change user id into something else other than the email)
  2. Go back to the invitation email.
  3. Click to get access to the paychecks tab.
  4. Create an account by entering the full email address and setting up a password.

 

After that, I suggest going back to the invitation email and completing the account setup for the Workforce.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend your employees to clear the browser's cache or use another supported browser as an alternative. It could be that the stored temporary internet files are the reason why your employees are having issues accessing their paystubs.
