Need to finalize a payroll

Sometimes the reason why you're unable to finalize a payroll is having an unfinished setup for some of your employees. That said, I recommend completing employees' details and you'll have to make sure that you won't skip any important information. If the issue persists, I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This way, you're able to verify if the issue is caused by a full cache. This might be also the reason that you can't finalize a payroll.

You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

• For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
