Need to fix W-2s before filing them.

Church pastor was had Medicare wages and taxes withheld in error. Need to adjust FICA wages and tax to zero and adjust Fed w/h.

To adjust these in your QuickBooks Online account, the best route would be to contact our Customer Support Team so you adjust these successfully. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk. 
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback. 

 

It's that easy!

No fix yet.  Apparently, I cannot make the change and I am still waiting for QB back office support to fix the W2s.

Crazy system that won't allow me to fix know problems in a timely manner.  So I have errors on the W2s, 941 and related state recaps.
