Need to learn how to attach a timesheet to an existing project. Following video steps, and it never appears on project.

Thanks for posting here in the community, Shawn. Upon reading your post, we understand that the attached timesheet didn't show on the existing project in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let us give you another way on how to achieve your goal.

Another way is to open the timesheet and select the project as the customer.

 You can also enter the timesheet within the project so it will link successfully. Let me show you how:

1. Go to Projects and select the project you want to add a timesheet. 
2. In the Add to project dropdown, click Time. 
3. Enter the following information to set up.
4. Once done, hit Save.

If the saved processes still don't show at your end, I suggest performing basic troubleshooting. The browser's cache can become filled and cause issues when working your QBO account. I suggest running QBO in a private or incognito browsing mode to help your computer run optimally and regain some storage space to continue working seamlessly. See these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
