Need to stop W2 from filing - won't allow me to change payroll setting

Hello, I am using QuickBooks Online Payroll Core.  I have an employee (myself) with a W2 that is showing up as ready to be filed.  The W2 has incorrect information and I want to archive it and file the W2 myself outside of QuickBooks.  When I go into the payroll settings > taxes and forms, it won't let me change the setting off automatic.   Says to come back on February 1st.   At that point the W2 will already be filed.   

Please advise on how to prevent the W2 from being filed.

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Choose Talk to a human.
  4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human. 
  5. Press Contact us.
  6. Tick Continue. 
  7. Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
