New Colorado FAMLI isnt showing limits?

Let's download and install the latest payroll update so you can set up the Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI) in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Payroll accordingly.

The Colorado FAMLI program's total contribution rate is 0.9% and is paid on the first $160,200 in wages. When you download and install the latest payroll update, you can get the newest payroll tax table and track Colorado's paid family and medical leave appropriately. To do this, here's how:

1. Go to Employees, then select Get Payroll Updates.
2. Click the Download Entire Update checkbox.
3. Select Download Latest Update. An informational window appears when the download is complete.

Once you're done, the Add Item Wizard for the new Colorado FAMLI Company and Employee items will launch when you pay your employees or if you add any new Colorado employees.  

Then, you're set to enter or change your employee or company percentage and add the Colorado FAMLI account number. For the step-by-step guide, please refer to this article's QuickBooks Desktop Payroll section starting with Step 2: Set up Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).
