Recently, the rate for payroll per employee fees were changed last October 1, 2022. The impacted subscribers are those existing Enhanced and Basic Payroll who pay per employee. That said, to give you a further explanation of your billing charges, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Care team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and give you all information about your subscription details.
