There's two details we need to check before moving forward to ensure this isn't the cause of the problem. Even though you may not have changed anything within the setup, we need to narrow down the cause with every possibility.  Here they are: 

1. Check your employee's federal and state withholding forms.
2. Check your employee's tax setup in your payroll product.
