None of my employees filled out their w2 paperwork. How do i send out reminders?

I'm here to help you today with the employees' W-2 forms, cheryl.

 

Employees don't need to fill out W-2 forms. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you just need to make sure that all employees have the correct information.

 

When you file W-2 forms in QBO, you can invite employees to QuickBooks Workforce. This way, they'll be able to view and access their paystubs and W-2s.

 

You can invite multiple employees at once, or an individual employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Select Invite to Workforce.
  3. Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses.
  4. When finished, click Send invitations.
  5. Your employee will receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce.

Your employees will see their W-2s as soon as you submit them before January 31. You can send these links to your employees for their future guide.
