Notes are not transferring from the timesheet app to the online system for all employees. It works for some, but not others.

What timesheet app are you using, Brent. Every information that we receive in QuickBooks Online is dependent to what your third-party application shares with us. Let's drill this down so we can review what's causing the inconsistency of the data.

While we don't know yet what timesheet app you integrate QuickBooks Online with, I'll share some pointers of the integration process.

When QuickBooks Online integrates, the setup and mapping will happen on the third-party application's environment. This process will affect what data will flow from them to QuickBooks Online. With that said, I'd recommend contacting the third-party application's support team. They can guide you on how to carry over the notes for all of the employees to QuickBooks Online.
