Question

NY State has no record of receiving my tax withholding from QuickBooks payroll. Sent email to taxnotice email but no response. How can I resolve?

I have the QuickBooks payment IDs but I need the NY State reference for the payments which is not the same. 3 consecutive times I have been promised a call back from a supervisor and no one has ever called. I just need the NY reference numbers! Help
