Welcome to the QuickBooks Community forum. I see you've made your first post about obtaining your paystubs for 2023. I've got knowledge here that could help you get your paystubs.

You'll want to reach out to your employer and have you invited to get access through QuickBooks Online Payroll to see and print your pay stubs and W-2s online. You can let your employer follow these steps to send a request to you either as a new employee or as an existing one. Here's how:

For new employee

  1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Choose Add an employee.
  3. Add the name of the employee and email address. They will automatically get an email with instructions to set up their Workforce account so they can see their pay stubs and W-2s and select the Paperless W-2 option.
  4. If you want your new employee to add their info, select Ask this employee to enter their personal, tax, and banking info with the QuickBooks Workforce checkbox.
  5. Click Done.

For existing employees

  1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Choose Invite to Workforce.
  3. Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses.
  4. When finished, pick Send invitations.

For detailed information, refer to this article: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more if you use QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Once you have access and set up your account, you can view and print your pay stubs online or in the Workforce mobile app. You can also see your time off balances and year-to-date pay. Feel free to visit this article for the guidelines on the entire process: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

For additional questions about paystubs or any QuickBooks-related concerns, don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. We're always available and willing to lend a hand to your queries. Goodbye for now. Happy Weekend!
