Does anyone have links or copies of Old Desktop manuals to help a Desktop client??  Who know where in hell Intuit has put them.

To verify my understanding, which operating system (OS) is your client using? The steps can sometimes be different between QuickBooks Desktop for Mac and QuickBooks Desktop for Microsoft Windows, so once I have this information I can do further research and make sure you're getting the proper training materials for their product.

 

If they're using a Mac computer, they can utilize our QuickBooks Mac Plus 2022 User's Guide.

 

Intuit also has another website called QuickBooks Training where your client can get an officially endorsed training partner to help learn how to accomplish specific tasks in their books.

 

There's additionally a compilation of resources available on our main website for both products.
