On P&L Report, should "Personnel Expenses" match or at least closely match amount of Total Payroll Cost on Payroll Details report?

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by Personnel Expenses? Is it an account that you had manually created/added for your payroll items, or are you referring to Payroll Expenses?
