On the "income tax" page, my vehicle expenses don't show my mileage deduction from the "my vehicle and trips" page. How do I get it to show my standard mileage deduction?

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about vehicle mileage not showing under the income taxes page. Rest assured our product engineers are continuously working to find the root cause of this error and provide a fix. 

In the meantime, I suggest contacting our Customer Care team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates about the resolution. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select the Help (?) menu.
3. Choose the Assistant tab.
4. Click the Talk to a human option.
5. Select Get help from a human.
6. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you button.
