one employee not showing up on quickbooks time kiosk.

one employee not showing up on quickbooks time kiosk. All others are showing up so they cab clock in/out. the employee that is not showing up is properly entered in the quickbooks payroll page along with a pay wage etc.

 

What am I doing wrong?

You may not have selected the specific employee, resulting in not showing on the QuickBooks Time Kiosk. I'll be sure to help you get this fixed. 

 

Let's confirm that the employee is added to the kiosk preferences by choosing the employee. You can follow these steps:

 

  1. In Time Kiosk Preferences, select the kiosk name to open the preferences. 
  2. If needed, update the kiosk name. 
  3. To limit which users can clock in/out on this kiosk, under Team Members, select all team members and make your selections. 
  4. Ensure to tick the box for the employee not showing on the QB Time kiosk.
  5. Tap OK.
