One of my employees can not see recent pay stubs

When they log into intuit workforce online it only will show them a paystub from back in 2020 and says there is nothing in 2021.

Let's check why your employee is unable to see 202 pay stubs, hansel.

 

There's a possibility that the employee's Workforce account has been disconnected. You can cancel the access and re-invite the employee.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
  2. Select the employee you need to resend the invitation to.
  3. In the Personal info section, Select Revoke Access next to We’ve invited [employee] to view their pay stubs and W-2sonline with QuickBooks Workforce.
  4. Select Revoke Access.
  5. To resend to a new email address, edit the employee’s email address, then select Resend Invite.
  6. Select Done. The employee will receive a new invitation.
