One of my employees W2 is missing from the 2021 W2 preview list. Is this a concern? How do I get this fixed?

Hi

I have tried the Chat help and the 5 min we will call you, and nothing has happened.

I have a new employee (October 2021).  He is not appearing in the preview W-2s list.

What do I need to do?

Searched for a similar issue, found this:

 

According to @katherinejoyceO 

"As an insight, the available preview information includes year-to-date wages for any payroll transmitted through September 30 regardless of the payroll check date."
