I have two employees.  We do bi-weekly payroll.  One now wants me to pay them weekly.  Is it possible?  I tried to run payroll for the week but the direct deposit scheduled itself for our normally scheduled day.

It's nice to have you here in the Community forum, @championcomics.  I'd be happy to give you the procedures for changing an employee's pay schedule.

You can generate different pay schedules for each of your employees in QuickBooks Online. This is a convenient way for handling payroll and improving processing speed.

Please follow the steps below to update a pay schedule.

1. Navigate to Payroll, then to Employees.
2. Choose your employee.

3. Select Start or Edit from the Employment Details menu.

4. Select the pay schedule for the employee moving forward from the Pay schedule dropdown. Or select + Add pay schedule to create a new pay schedule to the specific employee.
5. Fill in the necessary fields, then click Save.

Once finished, you'll now have two different pay schedule for your two employees. For more detailed steps and information, you may visit this article: Set up and manage payroll schedules.
