Online Payroll Issues

I have been unable to access my payroll account since they migrated over to the new system. I have had to communicate with them on Facebook to run the payroll, get my tax report amounts and it is beyond frustrating. Does anyone here have answers??  I have received no communication from QB what so ever.

To address this issue right away, I recommend reaching out to our support team. They have the tools to check your account securely and perform a screen-sharing session to pinpoint its root cause. 

 

If you are using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Online Payroll, sign in to qbo.intuit.com. Let me provide you the steps.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    1. Start a chat with a support expert.
    2. Get a callback from the next available expert.
    3. Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.

I have tried to reach out and the only way I’ve been able to get through to a person is on Facebook Messenger.  Supposedly the Tier 3 techs are working on it but can you tell me how I Am supposed to function when I haven’t been able to access our payroll system in a month and a half.  There has been absolutely no communication from anyone telling me where the issue is or even that there was an issue - only through the person in Facebook.  Totally unacceptable from QuickBooks.
